Great Office. I have been a patient of centerville dental for 20 years. I have recommended this office to many, many people who have all had a wonderful experience and continue to be patients there. My children are now patients and have been since their first appointment at 3 years old. The staff is extremely helpful when scheduling around a work and school schedule. My daughter has had extensive work done by both Dr. Strause and Dr. Regalla never to complain and always excited to see them. This is a well organized, growing, family practice. I am fortunate to have found such an office.

Use Caution - Very Shady. I went to this dental office on the recommendation of a co-worker and was extremely disappointed. I was not impressed by the staff and dental assistants who did not seem to know what they were doing and just hovered around like gnats. Though my dentist was nice enough personally, it was a very superficial and fake kind of pleasantness. He went back and forth about what type of treatment I should have, ultimately recommending a root canal “not because of solid evidence but because it looks fishy.” It was explained to me that the office does not handle this type of care and I was immediately recommended to a specialist (who was also very shady) I have an extreme anxiety about needles and dental work, which I explained to this dentist. He assured me that the specialist who would do my root canal had nitrous oxide available, which it turns out was not even available with this specialist. While he gave me a prescription of Valium to calm my nerves, when this didn’t work and I called back into their office I was told there was nothing more they could do and I needed to go somewhere else. When I obtained a second opinion from a competent, reputable dentist it was confirmed that this office and the dentist did not handle me at all correctly. I feel I was deceived and was passed off several times with this office. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never go here again.
