Outstanding customer service.
They repaired my mother’s damaged glasses following and incident at the Mennonite Home. The incident was enough to unnerve me but the amazing service given by yout two employees gave me much relief.
On Friday, January 23, my husband, Ken brought my mother’s glasses to the store for repair while I visited my mother. She is wheelchair bound at the Mennonite Home and had the unfortunate experience of having the wheelchair fall on her as she was leaning over to pick something up off the floor. She suffered bumps and bruises with some bruises coming from her glasses. The pressure of the wheelchair pushed her glasses into the side of her head and caused them to twist and bend. Thank heaven they did not break or she would have suffered an eye injury.
In a short time, Louis and Pam inspected the damage, found the parts, installed them, and adjusted and cleaned the glasses to perfection. Ken brought the glasses over to the Home and they fit Mom perfectly.
Ken was overwhelmed by the employees service. He could not say enough good things about them. We wanted to write this so people are aware of the apparent great training and customer service that you have given to two exceptionl people.
