No Better Place. I came back to Transitions after trying other salons, beause Marcus is the only person who knows me and my hair. He is always willing to work with me and always asks what are we doing today??? When my fiancee and I leave we always look terrific.

The staff is always friendly and Ally always asks if she can get us anything. I can even take my little dog Oliver in and everyone adores him.

I always look forward to my appointments and being made beautiful. I hope marcus and his staff are there for a long time. If it was possible I would have marcus do my hair daily.

Has definately gone down hill..... Although Transitions has always been on the expensive side, I have been going there for years because I couldn't beat the friendly staff and quality services.

I had a gift certificate for a massage and facial and had made an appointment. The appointment was for few weeks ago. The massage was great, however, there was no longer anyone doing facials. I was never offered a credit on my gift certificate, and to fill the void from my facial, I made a pedicure appointment and apparently the person that was supposed to do it, did not show up that day.

So...I was never offered my money back on the facial, which is the only reason I go there in the first place and was already scheduled, and never offered any compensation at all for my 2nd missed appointment that day.

I am very dissappointed and I will not be spending any more money at this location unless the issue is rectified.

Transitions Salon. The staff was very nice. The waiting room was uncomfortable. I received a bad haircut here that my new stylist is still trying to fix after 4 months. A large "hunk" of hair was cut from the front of my hair in what was supposed to be bangs. Several short layers were cut all over the crown of my head. There is nothing I can do except wait for my hair to grow! The cost of the cut was well above average. I would never, ever return here. My hair looks like I cut it! My hair now looks like a mistake until I can grow it out!
