Very unprofessional and took bad pictures. All of the people working there were VERY unprofessional (they were all under 25) and they all had no clue what they were doing. My family had to wait 45 minutes for our appointment when all of the people working there were standing around and talking. And the pictures turned out horrible! I don't think the teenager even knew how to hold a camera!!!! A more "experienced" teenager had to show her how! What kind of place are they running?!?!? I will NEVER go back!
