The familiar sign promises economy, consistency and no surprises.. In Short
Since 1962, travelers have enjoyed budget-friendly prices at Motel 6. The national chain (more than 800 locations in the U.S.) accommodates traveling families, as kids stay for free and complimentary coffee is available every morning. The rooms are simple--a TV on the dresser (free HBO and ESPN), data port for computer users and a basic bathroom--but at these prices, who needs a whirlpool?

Poor Management. We have a small pet who is very quiet ,when we checked in we were never told that when we go to eat we must take the dog with us by the owners wife who CHECKED us in, ,all we did was go eat then pick up the dog & take her with us for the day we would only be gone about one hour,I told her that pets were not allowed in restaurants in any State she said thats the hotel policy,also at least twice a day the toilet would back up I told the owners wife & she handed me a PLUNGER she never sent anyone to unclog the toilet bowl or offer us a different room,the people above us were very quiet but when they walked the floors squeaked something awful I guess the hotel is not soundproof,the front desk women I think her name was Deb was super nice will look for another pet friendly hotel on our next trip

Beware of Dirty sheets!!!. I have stayed at this Motel 6 at least twice a year with my family for the last 4 years and never have encountered a problem until my last stay. My last stay was in June 2007 and I will not be back. I went to pull down the bed sheets and there was dry green substance on the sheet. The front desk clerk never apologized. She stated "Well, I guess I can get you a clean sheet." In trying to complain to Motel Management, you get the run around. Finally got a letter today in the mail and if I stay there again in the next 6 months, I'll get 20% off. NO THANKS!!!!!!!!
