Dr. Kara Jones is known among the nurses and staff at LGH's Women's and Babies Hospital for showing up late for deliveries by her patients. She and her colleagues missed several deliveries in the fall of 2009--requiring other on-call doctors to deliver the babies. Most staff are aware of this problem.
