Beware!

I would never recommend this company. My daughter has been married for over 2 years and has yet to receive her wedding album. Our calls and emails are never answered. No on ever answers their phone.

Its sad that a business would treat its customers this way.

TERRIBLE Customer Service

Terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. The pictures turned out great but we were missing all of the family pictures. We did not receive a copy of our contract until the actual day of our wedding. We tried for months to get an engagement picture but did not receive one until the day of our wedding. When we hired Steph, he promised that he would be the main photographer at our wedding along with a secondary photographer. Instead, he sent two other photographers in his place. After waiting 2 months to get just our proofs, we ended up with the most important pictures missing! Do not waste any of your time or money hiring this photographer!

• Pros: Good photographs if you ever get them
• Cons: Will not return any phone calls or emails

DO NOT USE DISTINCTIVE IMAGES

I have been trying to get a hold of him from 3 weeks, calling every day and he has not once answered the phone or returned my phone calls. He owes us money and is ignoring that fact. I will never use him again and would never recommend him to anyone else. He is very unprofessional!!

• Cons: Never returns phone calls, ignores clients
