he must have done one hell of alot of business 2 years ago because he has many waiting for what they have already paid for.

He has to have some money somewhere!!!!!!

I have also attempted to contact Steph for my Wedding Album. I have not heard back. I was also wondering if there were any updates on contact information for Steph? Any help would be wonderful. I am a little upset as he and his assistant were great, my pictures are beautiful. I know it's been 2 years since our wedding, but I have finished my book and would really like to finish the contact. All ideas are welcome.

It sounds as though my wife and I are in the same position as most people, as it has been over two years since our wedding and Steph as not delivered our contracted deliverables. We have filed a grievance with the PA Attorney General. I have called the phone numbers posted on this site, but have not received calls back. Does anyone have an update on their legal actions against Steph? Thanks and good luck to us all.

Do not use this company! It was been almost 2 years since our wedding and have paid him in full almost 2 years ago and still have not received our album!! He does not return phone calls and if he does call months later, always has an excuse for not returning emails or phone calls!! We are currently looking into a lawyer and have posted our story on a website that goes to all the local news stations.

The many other couples who have had this problem should post your story also (goes to all local news stations) so perhaps we could get help on either getting our money back or get our pictures we deserve! He took on many new accounts without delivering the product to those newlyweds who have already paid him in full!! This is unfair and extremely unprofessional to say the least.

OK, here is my latest update. Over the last 2 months Steph has been in contact with us, but only after about 25 phone calls (per day)...yes I'm going to get these photo's. We have been told he has the photo's but "shipping" delays prevented him from putting it together and meeting us as planed at noon today. Last night at 10:30pm, he called left a message that he couldn't make the meeting on Saturday and promptly turned off his phone off. Then my 5 calls today w/messages have gone unanswered. I've so had it with this man and the pain he has caused. To those of you who he owe's photos too all I can say is keep calling the numbers...717-201-6972 seems to be the one he always has on him. He works second shift now so its before 2pm or after 10:30. He owe's us photo's or money so no shame in calling him after 10:30pm.... Good luck to us all!

After calling Steph about 70 times and mentioning I was stopping over at his house he called back and mentioned he has a job now and was paid today, and is paid every other Thursday. He again promised like he has 10 times before that we would get our album "right" away. Post your contact into in this forum. Another couple is suing him, and they need our info. I've already spoken with Holly and you should all do the same. I've learned that he was still booking weddings months after he told us he wasn't working or was in the hospital so its all been lies....just want our completed album or money back so we can move forward!!!!!!

Thanks for messing up my memory of our wedding with your fullish deeds Steph....

*Update* 6/29/2010

After this post Steph did call us and agree to have the album to us by 6/4, clearly that didn't happen or we wouldn't be posting. I just got off the phone with him(6/29) were I was informed I would see the corrections tonight online. He offered up no excuse for not calling us back other than he was working and busy for 20+ days of no calls. If you guys all want to go in on a lawyer post your contact info since its been suggested the civil courts don't work for this type of issue.

Good luck to us all, and just an FYI I had 10 other couples contact me via email about this same situtation so hopefully we can all get some form of a resolution here.

my wife and I are in the same boat with a Nov 2008 wedding and still no album. We have heard all of his excuses as well. You are correct, its not our fault he didn't manage our money that we paid in full correctly. On Monday 5/10 we are filling for a hearing at the district justice in Leola since that is where is he currently living. We have called, left messages, and when he does call back which is next to never the 5 dates that were promised for our album came and went with nothing!

Please contact me akhipple@gmail.###. My wife works right by the district justice office so on Monday if Steph hasn't paid us back for the album. I'd welcome others who are looking for money back to join us. When I called they said others have filled as well.
