This place is Horrible.
I ate the lunch buffet, and was sick the entire next day. How can an Italian restaurant serve over cooked pasta? Service was sub-par to say the least. The restaurant is also dirty. I will never return.

Dis appointed.
Rosa Rosa was once one of our favorite restaurants.
New menu, bad food. My wife ordered lump crabmeat w/vegtables wrapped in phylo dough. Two or three pieces of crabmeat for $25 +.
I ordered lump crabmeat in risotto topped with a (2oz) lobster tail. Any crabmeat in the dish was stirred into the risotto until what there was of it was unrecognizable. Whatever was used for the liquid in the risotto was extremely salty. The "lobster tail" was overcooked to the point to were I could only remove half the meat and that was done with great difficulty. The meal was not for human consumption.
I pointed this out to the waiter who said that he would talk to the cook and manager. He returned with the "good" news that I would receive a free dessert. Neither the cook nor the manager came to the table, they were "busy". I had the waiter deduct the price of a dessert from our bill and we left.
We had visited Rosa Rosa at least a half dozen times prior to this night with satisfaction, however any additional changes made with the menu were a step in the wrong direction.

Tim and Jill.
The atmosphere is very nice. There is plenty of parking. The meal was served as ordered. The red sauce was a little generic, lacking in taste. The potatoes served with the dinner were below average. The bread served upon arrival was excellent. The calamari was great the shrimp was great. I ordered the chicken parm, the sauce on the chicken was not the same as the sauce on the pasta it was so much better. Desert chocholate mousse was also excellent, and huge portion. The waitress was great, funny, and attentive.
