A Tropical Paradise. A great place for causal dining, Tropical Smoothie is my favorite lunch destination. The menu of wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads provides plenty of change of pace variety. And the real fruit smoothies give me a healthy way to beat my craving for sweets. The tall redhead seems to keep the place running like a top and the text club promotes some great specials.

Great casual dining spot. I love tropical smoothie. Their real fruit smoothies are the best! The staff and manager Cody really make it a great experience. The wraps, sandwiches and salads are a great change up. I highly recommend you try it for a tropical break.

terrible service. i, too, walked in and had horrible service. no recognition that i was even there. the people wandered around the back room while i stood at the front register waiting to give my order. i was in there for a good 5 minutes (which is actually a long time when waiting to place an order) until i decided to give up. i gave up because the one guy came out, looked at me and didn't even acknowledge that i was a customer! i wanted a smoothie, but nobody seemed to bother getting around to even greeting me. terrible horrible. and this was hours after they opened, during lunch time, so there was no excuse for this. i was the only customer in there, and now i'm not even surprised why. terrible service!! i wish there was an option for less than one star.

BAD STAFF!. I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe because a friend told me how great their smoothies are. At 11am on a Thursday morning 9/24/09 and no one was present at the register but I heard people talking and joking around loudly and glimpses of them through an entryway to the back. When someone finally came out he IGNORED ME after eye contact was made and turned his back to make his OWN cup of coffee! I was not even acknowledged! I was standing at the register waiting to order with my money in hand in clear sight.

I am still upset I didn't get a smoothie but there was no way I was staying to order after being treated like that.

Normally I have no complaints because I understand people get busy but there are no excuses for how they treated a potential customer.
