Two Sunday's ago I awoke to a faulty
well pump. I tried to call two other companies for service---neither of which had an answering service or voicemail. I saw your ad in the Yellow Pages and decided to try. I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on the first ring. You dispatched Rick Russo to come to my home and within an hour he was there.
Rich worked for over an hour before determing my well pump was the problem and needed to be replaced. He went back to the shop for additional supplies and to get a helper. Rich and Luke worked all afternoon (in the cold and wind) to replace my well pump. They were professional, courteous, friendly and focused. They represent your company well. Because of my interaction with them I will be a customer for life--and would recommend you to anyone at anytime.
Thank you for service that went above and beyond my expectations.
