While the client below was not able to relax, we have many clients who rave about our highly trained staff and serene atmosphere. It is unique as we offer use of the pool, hot tub and exercise room on site plus validate parking. Communication is the key when a treatment is not meeting your expections to turn it into a positive experience.

Incedibly Unprofessional. I was given a gift certificate for a hand and arm massage and a facial. The facial was fine, I gave it to my daughter and she had no complaints. However, the massage I received, took place in the WAITING ROOM. I asked if we were going to move and she said "No" and pulled up a cheap looking chair right in front of the chair I was sitting in in the lobby area. I was shocked. How in the world was I supposed to "relax" when I was sitting in the friggin waiting area?? I tried to enjoy it anyway but the girl would not shut up. She asked me a lot of personal questions and did not seem to get the hint that I just wanted to relax and not talk. Blah blah blah blah she never shut up and I was unable to enjoy any of the experience. I heard some kind of music or something and my first thought was "Is someone playing video games in the next room??" It then dawned on me that the sound I heard was supposed to be "New Age" type music. It sounded like canned sci-fi gibberish. Literally like someone was playing "Space Invaders" in the next room. The entire experience was annoying and far from professional. I still cannot believe that the service that I received took place in the friggin waiting room. I saw no other customers and could not believe that they had no other room to put me in. Or maybe the service I received wasn't expensive enough to warrant giving me a private room. Regardless, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will relay my experience to anyone who asks.
