good prices, friendly cashiers but rude and unprofessional m.
My family and I recently went to the Kmart on Willow Street Pike. We live only 5 minutes away so we are always going to this particular kmart. Over the 100+ times I've been to the store there have been multiple times when I've observed the one manager, I believe his name is Rob, who was rude to customers AND associates. I've heard him yell at a young cashier in front of others as well as get an attitude with customers over a price confusion. When he's paged he comes up with an attitude like "why are you bothering me with this problem"..and never seems to want to help.
On a better note their store is clean and well maintained. Have very helpful and knowledgable associates in garden, electronics and layaway departments.
I personally like this store and will continue shopping here but they need to hire a new manager!!
PROS: clean tidy store, friendly & plesant workers, snackbar, layaway, garden shop
CONS: busy on weekends, manager, not enough floor associates
