Beware of take out rules. I stopped by this Hoss's today to get a take out to take a meal to my grandson for his birthday. I placed my order but asked if I could substitute a veggie for the salad bar. The hostess said no. I then asked for a box to get something from the salad bar. Upon returning to the hostess station the manager met me and informed me that I had to pay by the pound for the salad because it was take out. Why didn't the hostess tell me that initially? Think about it. If I ate in-house Hoss's would have had to wash the salad dish and I would have taken more than what I could put in the small take out box. To put a veggie in the box for me as a subsitute would have been an easy solution. As it was I cancelled the order and left making a note to self to not frequent Hoss's again.

Just an ok place. C'mon, this is Hoss's. If you want a salad bar and on ok steak at good prices, then this place is average at best.

Yum, Yum!!. Great selection, and super prices. You can't beat this place. There is someyhing for everyone, and all you can eat to boot. Even with a long line you never wait more than 5 minutes, and I eat there 0nce a week. Service is wonderful, and the help is courtious.
