POOR Customer Service.
I placed 3 fabric orders with this company for a total of about $310 in the same week. They sent me the wrong fabric in one of the orders and I emailed them pointing out the problem along with a copy of the order and asking for them to send me the correct fabric and I would mail the incorrect fabric back to them when I received a post-paid mailer from them. First, their girl, Bethany wrote and said there was NOTHING she could do about it and she never bothered to look at the correct order copy I had sent her. She was looking at the wrong order! (So- BEWARE! This company can do NOTHING to correct THEIR MISTAKES.) I wrote again and asked her to look at the order I had sent her and was referring to and I heard NOTHING back from her. (They IGNORE you and hope you will go away.) So I had to write back again and asked for the postage paid mailer to return the material they had mistakenly sent me. I then received a reply from "Jeff" who said they were out of the fabric I wanted because he was "sure" they had sold it all to me. I NEVER RECEIVED the fabric at all because they sent me the WRONG fabric! He said NOTHING about paying for the postage to return the fabric sent to me in error. (They want YOU to PAY the postage for THEIR MISTAKES!) I NEEDED this particular fabric because it coordinated with three other fabrics in this collection.
They did nothing but give me a run-around and cause me a great deal of aggravation. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will inform all members of my two quilting clubs to stay away from this company because they do not know the meaning of "customer service."
