Never again. I have to agree with previous poster. This place is going down hill FAST! I don't know what went on here because it used to be good, but is just not the same. I do not think a single person here knew what they were doing. We even witnessed a server getting berated to the point of tears by (I guess?) someone "in charge". I personally will not waste my time or money here any longer.

Overpriced, understaffed, over-rated. The food here actually is pretty decent. Don't expect gourmet Italian dishes, and you won't be disappointed. However, it's way over-priced, the wait staff was hired for how they look in tight t-shirts [pretty good, but...], and if you're looking for a seedy bar and maybe a fight, Zia's is the place to be at 1:30AM! Really a shame, because this place could be so much more, but the rep is going downhill.

krisgal. A friend and I were on an antique buying spree in Denver, we ask the local for a good place to grab lunch, most said "Zia Maria's". All I have to say is WOW, the food is incredible and the service impecable!! We were impressed by this place so much that we went back for dinner. Next year and subsequent years after, on our return, there is NO doubt where we will be eating!! This is a "MUST EAT AT" restaurant!!!

What happened?. This place used to be so much fun! My boyfriend and I want in last weekend, and it seems totally changed - and NOT for the best. It seems there are a lot of new employees and the one guy who seems to be "in charge" was outwardly rude to us. We will not be back. It is a shame.

N & C. We travel to the antique row area which is a strip of dealers on the road Zia's is on quite frequently. Having traveled the world searching for antiques, and of course dining along the way, we know food. Our stop at zia was fabulous. The food, the service(inculding the whole staff...server, bussers, host, owner(Frank) who were all so attentive and friendly), and the atmosphere. After the dinner a nightcap in the pub area topped the evening. Great bartenders and great crowd of regulars. Zia ranks as one of my favorite restaurants in the WORLD! Including Italy! You have to experience this place!

Mr. F. This is the greatest place in Lancaster county. Such a great spot just off the turnpike or rt.222 in the center of antique alley. This is just what the area has needed for soooo long. For a quick snack to a candle lit dinner...mmmmm. and check out the pub and/or deck with 40 (thats right) drafts!

You must check this place out! And mmm their homemade rolls! THE best lump crab cake I've ever had..and try the crab dip. mm mm mm

10. Zia maria's WOW!! What excitment on Saturday Nights..I took my family there to give them a taste of Italin atmosphere...and a little Frank Sanatra.. It was wonderful...the servers there are so polite and so prompt with everything they do...Great Place I wouldn't miss a Saturday night there for the world..
