Wanted a nice visit to the Basket Warehouse today with my two adult children and it was until we were checking out. My oldest daughter wanted to look at the turquoise jewelry but the old lady there told her she wasn't going to open the case because she couldn't afford what was in it. The nerve of that lady to judge someone like that. My daughter would have been able to make a purchase. This is totally ridiculous and I will not be a repeat customer - today was my last visit. Really you need to think before you talk. Unbelievable.

I love coming into the Warehouse! You never know what you will find and there's always something new. They always have something for that person who hard to buy for as well lol. Also, the staff is great and friendly. Especially the older woman at the front counter. She is extremely helpful. I would recommend the Warehouse to everyone!

I've been coming to Basket Warehouse for 26 years, through family generations. The BW was and is now a store that is as fresh today as it was back then. The products are always changing but the prices and quality are the best you will ever find. The people are enthusiastic and friendly and I spend hours looking at the eye candy and filling my cart. It's wonderful!!!

I absolutely love shopping at the Basket Warehouse!! I've been coming here for many years with my mom since I was a little girl! They always have the best selection of products! I recently got married and I can't tell you how many times I went here to buy items. Each time I come the employees are so extremely helpful with everything. What makes shopping here even more exciting is the fact the prices are just amazing! If you can't find what you're looking for here, I don't know where you will.

Great Place and friendly service. I have been stopping at BW for years and years and look forward to my trip there every time. This is the absolute best place in three counties for getting decorative fabrics and rugs, quilts, baskets, metal sculptures, on and on and on. I always enjoy chatting with the charming lady whom I believe is the owner and she is so personable and friendly and always takes time to make sure you got what you were looking for and complimenting you on your choices!

My advice--GO THERE SOON! Better than Home Goods at a third of the price!

Great Variety / Rude Service. This was my first and last time visiting this store. I went to look for patio furniture with my 2 year old. When I asked for help an older lady said reluctantly "OK I guess." As she was walking me to the furniture area, she distinctly stopped and propped up a sign. That said, "NO CHILDREN IN FURNITURE AREA..." Like I was to just leave my child in the car. I was so upset at this woman I did not even hear a word she was saying. I really liked their stuff but I took my $4,437 purchase elsewhere. If you have children do not go there...

Flowers are so "real" you can't know the difference,. Any time that I need to make a floral arrangement or need candles I make the trip to the basket warehouse. I've been a customer there for years and tell all my friends to go there for the most realistic artificial flowers I have ever experienced in my life. Trust me - you'll be amazed.
