Worst Customer Service Ever. We ordered delivery and they forgot to bring part of the order and messed up two of the sandwiches. When we called about it the "manager" said she did not care, and if we wanted our food we would have to pay another delivery fee. She refused to help us and hung up on us. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

You know it's a bad sign when the last three reviews complain about the customer service...

poor customer service. we had received delivery from this restaurant for over 2 years. the food has always been pretty good, and we were happy with the place. the last time we called to order, we were told that 'we don't deliver there'. uh, yes you do... at least once a month. 'no, we don't'. at no point did the person on the phone say that they changed their delivery area, just that they 'don't deliver there'. as a matter of fact it was confirmed during the discussion that we were not beyond 'point x' (which is their delivery zone cutoff). in the end, they refused to deliver, and thereby made clear that they no longer need our business. unprofessional, rude, and just overall shoddy. two cousins and nino's are a stone's throw away, food is good there and staff is friendly and professional. i highly recommend those over this joint.

Hopi. I don't know about the woman discussed above, but the short, bald man who works behind the counter has a terrible attitude. I was hungry when I walked in, but his obnoxious, condescending customer service made me lose my appetite so I walked out mid-order. I hadn't even been drinking.

HoPi. The woman that works there has no courtesy, I'm not sure why someone would work at a job serving others when they are miserable, short & not polite. These actions have actually made me not want to buy their food. I'd say eat at Two Cousin's down the road. The food is better (less grease, more options) & the staff is polite.
