Impressed. After a recent visit to The Inn at Leola Village, I decided to visit Destinations and I am thrilled I did. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you are transported to a luxurious enviroment and are treated like royalty. The staff are gracious, hospitable and professional. i was very impressed with the service and staff and i am appreciative of their level of customer service. If you get a chance do visit Destinations for a memorable experience.

All flash and no substance. They've put all the effort into the space and none into employees. Untrained/brand new to industry and absolution NO customer service skills. With what you pay, there should be champagne and caviar instead of a stuck up little girl. Owner should sell and get someone in to make this place into what it could be. Don't bother checking this one out - waste of money.

Not recommended for pedicure. My two friends and I had appointments for a pedicure. There are two stations but only one technician waited on all three of us. The place where we sat was a cushioned bench that sat straight up with pillows. It was not very comfortable. The foot massage was quick and afterwards our feet were still rough and the polish did not last very long. A tip of $9 was included in the price which made this not very good pedicure way overpriced. We would not recommend Destinations for a pedicure.

Deplorable Customer Service. I always make my appointments for cut and color at least two months in advance. However, EVERY appointment I have ever had with Destinations I have received a call from them a few days before my appointment not to confirm my appointment. Instead I?ve received calls stating that they need to reschedule my appointment for a following day, or even the following week. The reality that I need my hair cut and colored on the day I scheduled the appointment is no concern to them. So on three occasions I have been completely inconvenienced. They make no amends for their poor customer service. After three appointments with Destinations I do not recommend their services.
