CLOSED location and disgarded our $4000.00 trip. I have followed my travel agent the last 10 yrs. The last two I have booked our families trips through Boscov's Travel Center (Hazleton, PA) NEVER AGAIN!! THEY HATE their customers and discarded us with a 4000.00 trip coming up in October!

Last night (Sat.) I get a GENERIC FORM letter telling me that my office closed a day earlier and I was being served by the Wilkes Barre office. No acknowledgement of me as a person, or customer, just a "Dear Valued Traveler," to which I never rcvd a call or an introduction of another agent or any explainaition. Because I am friends with my agent, she has all of my trip itinerary there waiting for the final documents. I was never allowed the opportunity to collect any of my paperwork. I have no idea where it even is right now (probably in a box in a basement somewhere in Reading). The # they provide in the letter they sent was invalid for my calling area, and they are closed anyway. So I sit all weekend waiting and wondering who is in charge of my trip now. I wonder if anyone will even act the least bit interested when I call on Monday to get my documents mailed to me! DON"T EVER TRUST BOSCOV'S TRAVEL CENTER, they closed 17 locations last month, this is the 18th. I only did business with them b/c I followed Janet for years. I will never go back to BOSCOV'S for any reason now that I know they couldn'y care less about me, my family, our needs/ concerns/ safety or $3797.00!!!! DON'T TRUST BOSCOV'S TRAVEL!!!!!
