Tobacco Palace Inc is the best cigar shop in the area. They sell pipes, hookahs, knives, zippos, roll your own supplies, snacks, drinks, a large assortment of cigars, and even those new electronic cigarettes. In my experience the staff seems knowledgeable and friendly, and the new store layout seems bright, spacious, and inviting.

Beware the Grouchy Owner @ Tobacco Palace.
Except for the fact that they have a great location at Park City, I would never use this place when their older guy who owns the place is working. He's cranky, impatient and not the least bit friendly. My wife has been in several times and he treats her like an idiot for asking qeustions...she's buying stuff for me, not a cigar smoker herself, so how would she know? But even when I've been in he's just not very customer friendly.
If you want customer friendly and a great product line the "former" Rays on Route 30 is much better, as is The Tinder Box. The "former" Rays, however, has taken a very bad turn with their crazy hours. Listen up: with the new smoking laws, cigar guys like me are looking for a place to go hang out and smoke. I don't smoke in the house or in my car and I'm not fond of freezing my "lower smoker" off but the "former" Rays closes so early that it's not worth driving out to see if they are still open...
