very courteous. Stayed for 2 nights. They are one of the few hotels in Lancaster that will let your pet stay with them. Staff was very courteous. Beds were basically comfortable and got a decent night's sleep. Coffee and bagel etc for the a.m. provided by the hotel. The room was pretty clean but the carpet needs replacing or a really good cleaning. Wear sandals! Would stay here again.

money's worth. There are probably a dozen little things that could be picked on about this hotel but the bottom line is if you're reading this you're looking for a hotel on a budget. The rate I was given through a travel company was $50 (includes tax). I felt that I got my money's worth and have already made reservations to stay there again. Go there expecting economy class and you won't be disappointed.

smelled like Roses. My husband and I have been going to Lancaster for 20 yrs, several times a yr and stay at another poorly rated motel - we only sleep there-spend most of our time out and about. We tried this Super 8 for a change as the 'other' hotel really did have bed bugs. We will not go back to the other place we used to stay! Super 8 was clean, smelled like Roses (not joking, it smelled like flowers) coffee pot in room as well as a hair dryer and good size fridge in room. Vending machines on each floor and a nice variety continental breakfast. I asked for a room nowhere near smoking and was given one, staff is nice. My husband thought the best was that they had the Military channel! They allow pets too. For the money it's a good place.

Not reccomended-Any other place will serve you better. 1. Room appeared as it had not been swept for days

2. First drawer that I opend a Cockaroach ran out of it.

3.Pliilows still had loose hair from previous occupant on them

4.R efused to move me to another room.

5. When maintainance person arrived, he pretended that he did not speak english or my complaint

6. Burnt out light bulbls were simply removed, not replaced.

awful, terrible etc. 1. When we came we find out orbitz made mistake and rooms didn't have room to place children, but instead of any help I got answer "take children in your bad" !!!!!!

2. When we finally got rooms we wanted it was hard smell of Chlor

3. In a morning was waiting us "Continental" breakfast: something like 3-4 days old bagel and pcs of bread

For short.... don't make mistake we did
