Very unhappy!!!!. Recently had Cyber Warehouse repair my crashed Windows XP computer. I asked them to recover all My Documents files and Outlook email. They basically formatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Most of the files were restored but no Outlook email. When I called Cyber Warehouse, I was told email is NOT part of the standard recovery and I never asked them too. Regardless, if in doubt they should have called me and asked if I needed recover the Outlook email. Now the drive is formatted, all is lost. They refused take any responsibility for the lost email. I'm not sure what exactly am I paying them for? What a bunch total incompetents!!

UPSET. I was not at all happy with Cyber warehouse. I purchased a laptop from them and took it home and it kept giving me problems. The screen wasn't working or something and an error screen kept coming up then it would shut off. So I took it back and told them the problem. They admitted it was their fault but however the one guy was acting like they wouldn't give me another one because I came back ONE DAY after the return policy. He was saying they could fix it but I would have to pay. Someone tell me why I should have to pay for something that was THEIR fault! But they eventually gave me another one.

Now the other one they gave me crashed cause the computer wasn't recognizing the hard drive. I took it to someone I knew was reliable and trustworthy to fix it for me. He said that it crashed because Cyber warehouse didn't fix something right when they refurbished it or whoever they get their computers from didn't refurbish it correctly. However Cyber warehouse should not be allowed to get away with selling lemons!

End result? I lost money and I lost all my information on my laptop.

Excellent!. Whenever I need new computer equipment the first place I shop is Cyber Warehouse. The staff is very helpful. I recently needed a new notebook, and asked for advice on which one I should buy. I was shown a notebook that was not the lowest priced but not the highest priced either. It works beautifully.

The guys have done work on some of my other equipment and I'm always pleased with the results. They are honest with you if the job is going to take longer than anticipated and will let you know if the job will cost more than quoted.

I highly recommend stopping at Cyber Warehouse first if you need new equipment or repairs.

Disappointing. I was referred to this business by a major cable company who had damaged my computer while making a wireless installation. I have never reviewed a businees before on this site or anywhere else. I can't tell you how very disappointed I am with Cyber Warehouse. There has been a lack of communication between the cable company , who offered to pay for a protion of the repair to my computer and Cyber Warehouse. This has gone on for months. Today, the manager was rude. I have asked for the name of the owner of the business in order to speak with him and the manager told me that that information is private. Is that ethical? In this day and age is there no owner with whom to speak or just a young arrogant manager? Where is customer service?
