Not bad, but not great. I've never had a bad time at the Fulton, but it's definitely slipped in quality over the past couple of years. The Fulton was always a great neighborhood bar that made you feel at home, even if it was your first time there. The charm has seemed to fade for me. The selection of their draft beer is excellent, and pretty reasonably priced. The quality of their food is where the dropoff has occurred. Ownership has changed and the menu was adjusted accordingly, and not for the better.

Nice and quiet. i love it. Its a good bar dramma free and the food is amazing...I ate shrimps and chees fries ummmm finger lickin good. The drinks are affordable, u get a buzz at a reasonable price...

good local bar. this is the local bar stereotype. good food, some say great food, good beers, good deal. affordable. the place has been around forever, same staff, same place. there are a number of other bars, pubs nearby "on Plum Street", and all seem to be doing well. quips, 915, fulton, hall's, and the american bar & grill. a lot of people do a "pub Crawl" thru the plum street bar area. the fulton is a good place. you won't go away hungry or thirsty. kinda a "blue collar" clientel, mostly white, working class folk. you know-- chevys, apple pie, Yeungling Lager.
