double charged.
Long story short...the room was "get what you pay for", had a great stay, everything was great until checkout time. They accepted cash for my two night stay but also decided to charge my credit card for a two night stay. I had told them several times DO NOT charge this card. Now they insist have reversed the charge but my bank says otherwise. Red Roof just keeps saying the bank is holding it up. But it should have never been charged in the first place!!!!!! AAAAAARRRRRGGGGG they suck

Take your money.
We called Red Roof Inn at 9:00 pm and asked if they had any rooms. They transfered us to the 800 number with out saying a word. We needed to talk with the desk clerk as we was not sure if we was going to stay there. So we hung up and called the clerk back, we adived we was not sure if we was going to Lancaster but if we did we would need a room. He ask when would we know and we told him around 8:00 am he advised to book and call before 8:00 am if we was not coming. We realized we was not going the next morning and called at 7:00 am. The next morning when we called another person took the called and they advised they had a twenty four hour cancelation policy. When we told them what the night clerk Steve told us he said they was still going to charge us. They charged us 96+ and we did not stay there. I asked why so much and he said thats what we booked, not even the minumum charge. If that ain't a rip off I don't know what is!!!!
