Very knowledgeable and great follow-up. Dr. Diamontoni really impressed me with how thoroush he is. After the visit he went so far as to look up the latest research for my issue and contact me personally to break it down for me.
Horrible Dishonest Place. Absolutely the worst office ever! As a professional courtesy, I brought my own MRI to the office for my visit with the good doctor, and after it had been disregarded and misplaced, I requested that it be returned to me.The horrifying desk assistant at first agreed to do so and then changed her power trip mind and refused to give back my property. Not a good idea. This place is not to be trusted. Save yourself a great deal of time and headaches. Go to see a different doctor as this particular office is extrememly unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest.
Very unsatified with the practice. The practice needs a lot of improvement..
No stars for me. Dr. Diamantoni has too many offices. His patients are not patients anymore. You are a number. My daughter had an appointment made in advance for an injection. She does not drive and I am a single mother who has to work. I had arrangements made for transportation. When my daughter arrived at the office on Franklin Street, she was told she could not have the injection because there was not one there for her. This appointment was made two weeks in advance. They told her that she had to call ahead of time to make sure the injection was there. I call this a bit lazy on their part. Since when does a patient have to worry if an injection is available. If the appointment is made for an injection then the doctor's office should be responsible and make sure that the injection is ready and available when the patient arrrives.
In my opinion, Dr. Diamantoni's office needs to make every patient a patient and not just a number. He has his hands in too many things and patients are not being taken care of correctly. I have since changed family doctors and am very happy with where we are going at the present time. In no way would I ever go back to one of his offices. By the way, when he started out 23-years-ago, you were a patient and you were treated like one as well. Now, you can make an appointment and you never even get to see him. It is always one of his associates. Instead of running for county coroner, maybe he should think about keeping his hands in is practices to make sure they are run in a sufficient way to meet the needs of his patients.
