Give Glah a try. I went to Glah Medical for weight lost and I went in as 202 pounds, HBP, type1 diabetes. I went on there diet with pills and their protein bars and drinks and what I could eat at home. I losted in two monts 23 pounds. I am cut down with HBP pills, it is low and no signs of diabetes. I highly recommend them. The rates are cheap also, cheaper than nutrisystem. Have fun.
