Worst Customer Service. We picked up carryout from this place after a long workday. The teenage boy must have put the paper carryout bag in water or oil because the bottom ripped out and our food fell all over the sidewalk. The "owner" who got on the phone refused to replace our order without charging us, even though we were long-time customers.

I strongly encourage anyone who cares about customer service to take your business elsewhere. This place does not deserve your business.,

Great Dinning Experience. Homestyle italian cooking served in a great atmosphere! we were impressed by the wide variety of choices, many of which we've never seen offered at other italian resteraunts. I started with the roasted veggie salad and my wife had the pasta e fagioli which we both loved. it was hard to choose between the chicken, veal, and steak but we chose the tortellini with prosciutto because it was one of the unique dishes. Highly recommended!

Bad food...especially for the price. The calamari here looks like it was bought pre-prepared and frozen. It was the worst I have ever had at an Italian restaurant. I also had a pasta dish with shrimp that also tasted like a frozen dinner you could buy at Giant. Maybe there are some good things here... but I'm not ever going back. I asked them if their seafood was fresh or frozen and they said fresh.. but I don't believe them for a second. I guess its a cute place though.

Great food. The Fiorentino's in town is small, dark, and crowded. There are only eight or ten tables and you may be sitting next to a bunch of smokers. The food's cheap and fantastic, though. Better than the food at the airport.

Fiorentino's airport restaurant has smoking and non-smoking sections, and is not as crowded. Certain items which are available in town are not available at the airport.

good food. I really like the food here - the resturant is small and crowded. There is a bar, with three TVs. The prices are very good- about $15.00 to $20.00 for your entire dinner.
