Not your typical Lancaster salon. I am a 27 year old New Yorker who grew up in Lancaster. Whenever I come home, I still go to Rick and Linda for my highlights and cuts. I tried the $200 NYC version and couldn't tell the difference. Never again! They are the best around - big city quality at small town prices.
